Process
How I work
Five years in banking before design taught me to care about the details that break trust — I bring the same instinct to every product I design.
Start with the real workflow
Before wireframes, I want to understand how people actually get the job done today — the workarounds, the friction, the steps they'd never admit to in a meeting.
Design for the edge cases
Banking taught me that the exception is where trust is won or lost. I design the empty states, errors, and edge cases as carefully as the happy path.
Prototype before promising
Clickable prototypes over long spec docs — it's faster for clients and engineers to react to something real than to imagine it from a paragraph.
Hand off like I'm the one building it
Clean specs, accessible components, and a design system that developers can actually implement without guessing — no handoff surprises.
